Terms of Use for Digital Assets and Media Properties

These Guidelines govern the access and utilization of all Official Resources provided through the Rabona Developer & Media Hub. By accessing this Infrastructure, you agree to adhere to the Technical Standards outlined herein.

1. Scope of Documentation

The Documentation provided on this portal includes, but is not limited to, Media Assets, Technical Standards, Infrastructure specifications, and Verification protocols. These resources are intended for the sole purpose of ensuring consistent and secure integration with Rabona digital environments.

2. Authorized Use of Media Assets

All Media Assets, including logos, typography, and color palettes, are the property of Rabona. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use these assets provided they adhere to the Technical Standards listed in the Asset Library. Any modification, distortion, or unauthorized use of these Official Resources is strictly prohibited and may result in the revocation of access to the Infrastructure.

3. Technical Standards and Verification

Users must implement all Technical Standards as specified in the Technical Documentation. Rabona reserves the right to perform Verification audits on any environment utilizing our Official Resources. Failure to maintain these standards, including but not limited to SSL specifications and Authorized Domain Structures, will be classified as a Technical Discrepancy.

4. Infrastructure Integrity

The integrity of the Rabona Infrastructure is paramount. Users are prohibited from attempting to circumvent any security measures or Verification protocols. Any identified Technical Bugs or Interface Issues must be reported immediately through the System Feedback channel. Unauthorized replication of the Interface or the creation of Unauthorized Mirrors is a violation of these terms.

5. Updates and Modifications

Rabona regularly updates its Media Assets and Technical Standards. These changes are documented in the Changelog and assigned a Reference ID. It is the responsibility of the user to monitor these updates and ensure their local environments remain compliant with the latest Guidelines. Continued use of the Official Resources following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised standards.

6. Technical Support and Inquiries

All Official Inquiries regarding these terms or the Infrastructure should be directed to the Technical Support team via the contact channels provided. Rabona provides these Official Resources on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of the Infrastructure.

7. Verification of Compliance

Rabona may, at its discretion, request Verification of compliance with these Resource Terms. Users must provide the necessary Documentation and access to their digital environments to facilitate this Verification process. Non-compliance with the Technical Standards or these terms may lead to formal Technical Support intervention and the termination of resource access.
